Ralph Henry Barbour (1870 - 1944)

It is the dawning of World War One and Nelson Troy is young and enthusiastic. Although America is not yet involved in the war effort he dreams of serving in the navy and wants to help fight against the threat of the German U- Boats. He has grown up keeping the company of his ship's captain father on several voyages and has learned much. Now his growth into manhood will take him on the adventures of his life.
