Katherine Peabody Girling (1861 - 1938)

Katherine Peabody Girling (January 12, 1861 - April 3, 1938) was an American author. She was daughter of educator and author Selim Hobart Peabody, and writer of his biography, among other works. Married to Dr. Winthrop Girling. Prominent in Chicago Women's Club.
