Fanny Ritter Bandelier (1875 - 9 November 1936) was a teacher and translator. She was intimately involved with her husband's professional career as an archaeologist, most often as a translator. The Bandeliers were in Spain, locating and translating Spanish documents pertaining to the Southwest, at the time of Adolph's death in 1914. Fanny Ritter Bandelier finished the work in Spain, returned to the United States, and taught at Fisk University until her death in 1936.
