Luigi Bertelli (1858 - 1920)

Luigi Bertelli (March 19, 1860 – November 27, 1920 ) was an Italian writer, journalist and poet, author of the adventures of a popular character of the early twentieth century, Gian Burrasca. He is better known by the pseudonym Vamba, the name of the jester Cedric the Saxon in Walter Scott's novel Ivanhoe .
