Carley Dawson (1909 - 2005)

Carley Robinson Dawson (June 14, 1909 - March 17, 2005) was an American composer, actress, author of three historical novels, French translator, spiritual leader, minister and teacher. She was the daughter of folklore composer Avery Robinson and Grace Chess Robinson, founder of the Mary Chess cosmetics business and was a member and minister of the Divine Science Church of the Healing Christ in Washington, DC.
