Arthur Elson (1873 - 1940)

Arthur Elson (November 18, 1873 - February 24, 1940) was an American writer on music. He studied at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Harvard University (graduated, 1895), and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (graduated, 1897). He served as music critic of the Boston Advertiser (from 1920).
