Rev. Charles L. Hutchins (1838 - 1920)

The Rev. Dr. Charles L. Hutchins (August 5, 1838 - 1920) was the Rector of Grace Church, Medford, Mass., and was for many years Secretary of the House of Deputies of General Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the U.S.A. He published several hymnals and was the editor of "The Parish Choir," a weekly publication issued from 1874 to about 1919.
