Arthur Macy (1842 - 1904)

Arthur Macy was an American poet from Nantucket, Massachusetts. He enlisted in Company B, 24th Michigan Volunteer Infantry during the Civil War, and was wounded in the Battle of Gettysburg. After the war, he became a successful and honest businessman.
