John Rafael Uggla (1870 - 1954)

John (Johan) Rafael Uggla (2 May 1870, – 8 January 1954) was a Finnish lawyer and member of the Parliament, who served as a member of the Åland Commission, secretary of the Paris Peace Delegation, and long-term secretary of the Åland Delegation.
