Guanzhong Luo 羅貫中 (c. 1330 - 1400)

Chinese novelist (real name Luo Ben) who is credited with writing Romance of the Three Kingdoms, one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese literature. He lived during the Ming dynasty.
