José Eusebio Caro (1817 - 1853)

José Eusebio Caro Ibáñez (March 5, 1817 – January 28, 1853) was a writer, journalist, and politician from the Republic of New Granada (an area that consists of present-day Colombia and Panama with smaller portions of today's Costa Rica, Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru and Brazil).
