Joaquín Arcadio Pagaza (1839 - 1918)

Joaquín Arcadio Pagaza y Ordóñez (January 6, 1839 - September 11, 1918) was a Mexican writer, translator and Mexican academic. As Catholic prelate, he served as Bishop of Veracruz.
