Edward Vizetelly (1847 - 1903)

Edward Vizetelly was a British war correspondent for the London Daily News and The New York Times, with which he covered the Franco-Prussian War. After the war he founded The Cyprus Times, an English-language paper following the island becoming a British protectorate in 1878. He was the brother of Ernest Alfred and son of Henry Richard Vizetelly.
