Charles Lindbergh (1902 - 1974)
Charles Augustus Lindbergh (February 4, 1902 – August 26, 1974) was an American aviator, military officer, and author. He is best known for making the first solo nonstop trans-Atlantic flight from New York to Paris in his plane, the Spirit of St. Louis, in 1927.
