C. K. Shepherd (1895 - 1971)

Charles Kenilworth "C.K." Shepherd was a British RAF Captain. After the Great War, in 1919, he travelled to America where he spent the next two months riding a Henderson motorcycle from New York to San Francisco. Then he wrote a book about it!
