Maurice Ralph Keesing (1854 - 1932)

Maurice Ralph Keesing was born in Auckland and worked as a barrister and solicitor until he quit the bar to apply himself to language tutorial work, becoming one of the best-known coaches in Auckland. He also developed a memory system of his own, "The Imperial Memory System". He was an Esperantist, an accomplished linguist in general, and a competent musician.
