Hector Charles Bywater (1884 - 1940)

Hector Charles Bywater (21 October 1884 – 16 or 17 August 1940) was a British journalist and military writer. At age of 19 he started part-time job writing naval articles for the New York Herald and later was sent as foreign correspondent to London.
