Ruby Gardner (1882 - 1908)

Ruby Gardner (20 September 1882 - 13 June 1908) was an Australian author and poet. "Death has cut short a promising career. Miss Gardner had considerable literary ability, and seemed likely to make her mark if indeed she had not already done so as a writer of stories for girls. She took great interest in questions affecting the welfare of young women." (from her obituary)
