William Samuel Johnson (1859 - 1937)

William Samuel Johnson (December 1, 1859 - March 2, 1937) was an American attorney, poet, and novelist. His poem "Prayer for Peace" was used by Theodore Roosevelt as the introduction to his book America and the World War, 1915.
