Heriberto Frias (1870 - 1925)

Heriberto Frías Alcocer was a Mexican soldier, journalist and novelist characterized by the social interest and the political, social and economic criticism of his writings. He was a witness and exceptional critic of the Díaz regime and the Mexican Revolution.
