Sallie Williams Hardcastle (1841 - 1927)

Sallie Williams Hardcastle, née Minter, was an American poet. Her first verses, on the death of a friend, were written at the age of 14. Unfortunately not much of her work survives today, most of her poetical writings being lost during the Civil War.
