Theodore Sturgeon (1918 - 1985)

Theodore Sturgeon, original name Edward Hamilton Waldo, was a prominent author of science fiction, fantasy, and other genre fiction, and a critic. After his death he was inducted into the Science Fiction Hall of Fame and received the World Fantasy Award for lifetime achievement.
