Alfred D. DeCelles (1843 - 1925)

Alfred Duclos DeCelles, CMG (August 8, 1843 - October 5, 1925) was a Canadian journalist, writer, lawyer and librarian. For thirty-five years, from 1885 to 1920, he was the head of the Parliamentary Library in Ottawa.
