Manuel Elzaburu Vizcarrondo (1851 - 1892)

Manuel Elzaburu Vizcarrondo (January 2, 1851 - February 12, 1892) was a Puerto Rican lawyer, orator and writer. He was founder of the Athenaeum of Puerto Rico and the first center of Higher Education on the island, as well as a prominent political personality as a member of the Liberal Reformist and Autonomist parties.
