Evariste de Parny (1753 - 1814)
Évariste Désiré de Forges, knight and then viscount of Parny, was a French poet born on February 6, 1753 in Saint-Paul de l'île Bourbon (now Reunion Island), and died on December 5, 1814 in Paris.
