Clyde Furst (1873 - 1931)

Clyde Bowman Furst (August 29, 1873 - March 6, 1931) was an American educator. He had been secretary of the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, and from 1902 to 1911 was Secretary of Teachers College, Columbia University. Dr. Furst was an advisor to the War Department's Committee on Education during World War I.
