John Banks ( - fl.1550)

John Banks was a Reformation-era student and scholar. He was the son of a London printer and a fellow of Trinity College, Cambridge, 1548. He lived in Strasbourg during Queen Mary's reign. He translated some of Lady Jane Gray's letters along with her statement made before execution and the summary of her conference with Feckenham.
