Frederick Davis Greene (1853 - 1940)

Rev. Frederick Davis Greene (1853 - 1940) was a missionary in Turkey under the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions. In 1894, he and his family were evacuated due to violence toward Americans in Turkey. He became involved in fundraising for international relief through public addresses and publications, including as secretary of the National Armenian Relief Association.
