Robert Bloomer Hare Bell (1872 - 1956)

Robert Bloomer Hare Bell (2 April 1872 - 14 November 1956) was a Canadian-born Episcopal minister. He served in Seattle, Omaha, and Des Moines. He also was a social activist, pushing for parole reform and forced child support from the fathers of unwed children.
