Mary E. Mannix (1846 - 1938)

Mary Ellen Walsh Mannix (17 May 1846 - 8 November 1938) was an American Catholic author. She wrote poetry and fiction, children’s books, biographies, reviews, essays, and translations from the French, German and Spanish.
