Lionel Strongfort (1878 - 1970)

Lionel Strongofort, whose real name was Max Unger, was a German pioneer of bodybuilding, as well as a wrestler, gymnast, and author of a bestselling correspondence course of physical exercises. He was also a vegetarian.
