Virginia Terhune Van de Water (1865 - 1945)

Virginia Van de Water was the daughter of Mary Virginia Terhune (penname Marion Harland) and sister of Albert Payson Terhune, both authors. Three of her stories became motion pictures: If My Country Should Call (1916), The Lesson (1917), and Two Sisters (1929).
