Sir Charles Bright (1863 - 1937)

Sir Charles Bright was the son of Charles Tilston Bright, a British electrical engineer who oversaw the laying of the first transatlantic telegraph cable in 1858. Sir Charles was also an engineer, who was a pioneer in the use of radio as a communication device on both ships and planes.
