Edward Gilliat (1841 - 1915)

Rev. Edward Gilliat was a British Anglican clergyman, schoolteacher, and novelist. He worked as a schoolmaster at Westminster and Harrow. He wrote both nonfiction and fiction. He died around age 74 after being struck by a motorcar.
