Sir Hugh Steuart Gladstone (1877 - 1949)

Sir Hugh Steuart Gladstone was a Scottish naturalist and author. Educated at Eton and Cambridge, he served in the King's Own Scottish Borderers, and became Lord Lieutenant of Dumfriesshire in 1946. He published a number of books on shooting and Scottish wildlife.
