Roger Dombre (1857 - 1914)

Roger Dombre, pseudonym of Marguerite Ligerot, wife of André Sisson, was a prolific French popular author. She wrote around a hundred novels, plays or collections of short stories, for children or young girls. She was widely read until the 1940s, long after her death. Some of her novels were translated into foreign languages.
