Owen Oliver (1863 - 1933)

Sir Joshua Albert Flynn was a high-ranking civil servant, made a Companion of the Order of the Bath in 1910 and knighted in 1919. Under the pseudonym Owen Oliver, he wrote science fiction, romance and adventure stories that were published in many magazines in the early 20th century.
