Manuel María Madiedo (1815 - 1888)

Manuel María Madiedo was a Colombian politician and writer. He wrote to numerous newspapers and magazines throughout his life. He is considered one of the main ideologist of the Conservative Party and defender of Catholic doctrine. He also wrote plays, novels and poetry.
