All back to “normal”
In the fall-out of the LibriVox forum hack, we’ve battened down security. Part of that process broke our catalog and a few other things.
All should be working now.
Thanks especially to:
* Dan for dealing with the forum issues
* Chris for dealing with the catalog issues
* Kara and Elli for dealing with the flood of worried emails
* all of you for being so understanding and supportive.
Now back to public domain audiobooks.

When will this be fixed?

I am assuming that there is still a problem with the site, for I cannot access the catalog at all, only the downloads on the home page.
It just so saddens, infuriates, frustrates ( so many words to describe!) me that someone would even want to bother with this site or any of you fine people.
This site has become so important in my life. I visit daily if I am able to. I have learned so much through all of these books so generously read by all of the voluteers. I cannot tell you all how greatful I am. Talk about make my workday so much more enjoyable!
I absolutely love this site, and all of the many talented readers that you have here!

So sorry you still do not seem to be back to normal at all. Any idea when the catalogue will once again be available?

Think you need to update your latest news bulletin. Catalogue definitely not working — “temporarily disabled” is the phrase.

The news bulletin says the catalogue is back, but I can’t access it. I’m sure you are working hard and I thank you for it, but….

There is some problem in the Librivox site. every time I try to open catalog it gives me the message that the site is temporarily disabled. What can I do to solve the problem?

Thank you for all the efforts and the wonderful audio books.
I am subscribed t the new releases feed and it also has not been updated since last week. I am assuming it has something to do with the recent problem.
