Hurray for Encyclopedia Brown (which my sister still calls me 25 years later) and Sherlock Holmes (especially my annotated edition that informed me that the funny-looking L meant pounds sterling) and Alfred Hitchcock’s Three Investigators (which I found to be much superior to the Hardy Boys). And hurray for LibriVox for introducing me to Leblanc’s Arsene Lupin.
